Storekeeper

360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to oversee day-to-day stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory control. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse processes, safeguarding stock integrity, and supporting overall operational flow.

This position requires strong organisational skills, accuracy in record keeping, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

👉 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, load, and unload deliveries in a safe and efficient manner

• Operate forklift equipment to move and organise stock

• Inspect incoming goods for damages, shortages, or discrepancies

• Maintain accurate stock records, receipts, and inventory documentation

• Monitor stock levels and update inventory management systems

• Rotate stock and coordinate the proper handling of surplus materials

• Assist with labelling, packing, and preparing stock for dispatch

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe storeroom environment

👉 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations

• Ability to operate forklifts safely and responsibly

• Strong computer literacy, including data entry and inventory systems

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• High level of attention to detail and time management

• Valid driving licence

• Proficiency in English and Maltese
