Large-Scale Outdoor Cantilever and Pallet Racking Installation

A large-scale outdoor storage installation was completed for an industrial client, combining heavy-duty cantilever racking, pallet racking, and an integrated canopy structure. The project was designed to maximise external storage capacity while providing a structured, accessible, and durable solution for long-term outdoor use.

The installation included single and double-sided cantilever racking for the storage of long and bulky materials, together with single and back-to-back pallet racking for palletised goods. The structures were supplied with a hot-dipped galvanised finish to support outdoor durability, with sections reaching up to 8 metres in height.

 

Due to the scale of the project, works required careful coordination of material handling, elevated access equipment, forklift operations, structural assembly, and site layout planning. The completed system provides a high-capacity outdoor storage area suited to demanding industrial operations.
