ROOF RENOVATION

A comprehensive roof upgrade was carried out, beginning with the installation of a high-performance membrane and insulation layer. Lightweight plastic igloos were strategically positioned at beam level to maintain structural efficiency while integrating ventilation piping for improved airflow. The system was further enhanced with rainwater gutters and topped with a durable layer of C30 fibre-reinforced concrete, ensuring long-term stability and weather resistance.
