ST. MARTIN'S COLLEGE - TURNKEY
PROJECT:
Our team conducted renovation works on the premises of St. Martin's College, located in Swatar.
During the initial phase of the renovation project at St. Martin's College, our team focused on preparing the chapel roof for re-plastering by meticulously removing old paint from the stone. Following this, a liquid membrane with fiber will be applied to the roof. Additionally, repairs were carried out on the stone inside the chapel. Moving outside, our team replaced the heavily deteriorated stone structure surrounding the tree in the outdoor foyer with new cement, restoring its appearance to a pristine state.
DAY 1 - CHAPEL ROOF & OUTDOOR FOYER
DAY 2 - CONTINUATION
Our team continued with the renovation project at St. Martin's College by removing the mold for the wall surrounding the tree and completing additional work inside the chapel. The crew members proceeded to the next phase of waterproofing the roof to facilitate plastering. In addition to this, we commenced work on another wall structure located near the school's sports ground.
DAY 3 - LANDSCAPING
We also carried out landscaping works on the school grounds, specifically in the lower area.
