ST. MARTIN'S COLLEGE - TURNKEY
Renovation works completed at St. Martin’s College in Swatar; focused on improving functionality and overall aesthetics.
Initial renovation works at St. Martin’s College focused on preparing the chapel roof for re-plastering by carefully removing old paint from the stone surface. A liquid membrane with fibre reinforcement will follow to ensure long-term protection. Inside the chapel, stone repairs were completed to restore structural integrity. Externally, the deteriorated stone structure surrounding the tree in the foyer was replaced with new cement, significantly improving its appearance.
DAY 1 - CHAPEL ROOF & OUTDOOR FOYER

DAY 2 - CONTINUATION
Renovation works continued at St. Martin’s College; mold was removed from the wall surrounding the tree, additional interior work progressed inside the chapel, and roof waterproofing began to prepare for plastering. Work also commenced on a new wall structure near the sports ground.

DAY 3 - LANDSCAPING
Landscaping works were carried out in the lower area of the school grounds at St. Martin’s College; aimed at enhancing the outdoor environment and overall usability of the space.
