Brand Manager - Materials Handling & Logistics
Employement: FULL TIME
360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of our materials handling and logistics division.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will take ownership of the brand’s market presence, strengthen relationships with key clients, and support the growth of our logistics and warehousing solutions. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, industry knowledge, and the ability to connect technical solutions with client needs.
👉 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives to strengthen our position within the logistics and warehousing sector

Manage and grow key client relationships through meetings, presentations, and tailored solution proposals

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and operational capabilities

Monitor industry trends within materials handling, warehouse systems, and logistics technologies

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and business development strategies

Represent the brand professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry engagements
👉 Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience within the logistics, warehousing, or materials handling industry

Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments

Proven ability to manage teams and lead collaborative projects

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
