Draughtsperson
Warehousing, Logistics & Racking Systems
Employement: FULL TIME
360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Draughtsperson to join our team on a full-time basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, layouts, and design plans related to warehousing, logistics, racking systems, shelving, storage solutions, and commercial/industrial projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong CAD skills, a good technical understanding, and the ability to translate site measurements, client requirements, and operational needs into accurate drawings and practical layouts. The candidate will be working from our offices and may also be required to attend site visits when needed.
👉 Key Responsibilities
• Create technical drawings and layouts for warehouse, logistics, racking, shelving, and storage projects

• Produce detailed drawings based on site measurements, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare layouts for pallet racking, shelving systems, material handling areas, and warehouse spaces
• Use CAD software and other design tools to prepare accurate technical drawings

• Conduct site surveys and create related architectural or technical drawings
• Calculate materials, quantities, dimensions, and space requirements when required
• Review, prepare, and revise designs together with the design, sales, and operations teams
• Identify and communicate potential design or layout issues before installation
• Prepare and/or review bills of quantities, quotations, and project documentation
• Work with internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers when required
• Ensure final drawings are practical, accurate, and suitable for project execution
👉 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Draughtsperson or in a similar technical drawing role

• Experience with warehouse layouts, logistics spaces, racking systems, shelving, or industrial storage solutions will be considered a strong asset
• Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or similar software will be considered an asset
• Ability to read, understand, and prepare technical drawings
• Good understanding of measurements, materials, quantities, and BOQs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to manage deadlines and revise drawings according to project requirements
• Valid European Driving Licence – Category B
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Italian will be considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
