Operations Manager

Employement: FULL TIME

360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee company operations both on-site and across installation projects.

This role extends beyond warehouse supervision and focuses heavily on operational coordination, site management, installation planning, health & safety compliance, and client liaison. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest professional standards.

👉 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across warehouse and on-site projects

• Plan, organise, and coordinate installation schedules and site operations

​

• Attend site meetings and act as the main operational point of contact

​

• Liaise with clients to coordinate works, timelines, and technical requirements

​

• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company standards

​

• Supervise operational teams, installers, and delivery personnel

​

• Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges efficiently

​

• Ensure timely dispatch, installation, and completion of projects

👉 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, site coordination, or installations

​

• Hands-on approach with the ability to actively support operational and installation teams when required

​

• Technical background in manual works and mechanical installations

​

• Strong understanding of installation workflows and on-site project coordination

​

• Experience attending site meetings and dealing directly with clients

​

• Solid knowledge of health & safety procedures and compliance standards

​

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

​

• Proficient computer skills for planning, reporting, and operational management

​

• Fluency in English; Maltese and/or Italian considered an asset
