Operations Manager - Spare Parts & Aftersales | Material Handling

360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee spare parts, aftersales support, and service coordination within our material handling division.

This role combines technical understanding, operational organisation, and customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts operations, supporting technicians, coordinating aftersales requirements, and ensuring that service-related works are handled efficiently, professionally, and with strong attention to detail.

👉 Key Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts operations for material handling equipment and related technical products

• Source spare parts locally and internationally when required

​

• Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and parts drawings

​

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, orders, and delivery timelines

​

• Support technicians by identifying and organising the correct parts required for repairs and servicing

​

• Coordinate aftersales support, service requirements, and follow-up actions

​

• Monitor spare parts stock levels and ensure accurate stock control

​

• Maintain records of parts, orders, service jobs, and related documentation

​

• Assist with quotations, billing information, and customer communication when required

​

• Liaise with clients regarding spare parts, repairs, servicing, and aftersales requirements

​

• Work closely with management, technicians, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations

​

• Help improve the organisation and efficiency of the spare parts and aftersales department

👉 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in spare parts, aftersales, operations, technical support, or a similar role

​

• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge is important for this role

​

• Strong technical understanding, ideally related to material handling equipment, machinery, vehicles, or mechanical products

​

• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, manuals, and parts lists

​

• Experience sourcing parts locally and internationally

​

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and general administrative systems

​

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

​

• Confident communication skills when dealing with clients, suppliers, and technicians

​

• Hands-on approach with the ability to support operational and technical teams when required

​

• Must be able to speak and understand English

​

• Maltese and/or Italian will be considered an asset

​

• Valid EU Driving Licence B
