360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. The chosen candidate will work on various construction and finishing projects, delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining our company’s strong reputation for excellence.

👉 Responsibilities:

• Select and prepare appropriate materials for each project

• Clean, repair, and prepare walls and ceilings by filling holes, cracks, and imperfections

• Match plaster and mortar mixes to existing surfaces

• Apply coats of plaster to achieve smooth, even finishes

• Create decorative plaster designs when required

• Set up and safely use scaffolding for work at height

• Protect surfaces by covering doors, windows, and fixtures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including daily removal of tools and equipment

👉 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plasterer

• Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail

• Familiarity with plastering tools, materials, and scaffolding procedures

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality work
