👉 Responsibilities:

• Source Spare Parts: Identify and procure spare parts locally and internationally.

• Technical Interpretation: Read and understand technical diagrams to identify the correct components.

• Inventory Management: Maintain stock accuracy through regular checks and updates.

• Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.

• Order Processing: Manage orders, re-orders, and follow-ups efficiently.

• Documentation: Keep detailed and organized records of all spare parts transactions.

• Workshop Support: Assist technicians with technical information, diagrams, and part research.

• Customer Support: Handle billing and provide part-related guidance when required.

👉 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in spare parts, aftersales, or a similar technical support role.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.

• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using PC, email, and Microsoft Excel.

• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.

• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and follow-up abilities.

• Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and sourcing accurate solutions.

• Negotiation: Confidence in securing the best deals from suppliers.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Team Player: Works well with technicians, suppliers, and the wider team.

• Driving Licence: Valid EU Category B.
