Warehouse & Logistics Manager

360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate inventory control, and timely distribution of goods while upholding company standards and delivering excellent service to our clients.

👉 Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the delivery drivers and warehouse team

• Oversee stock inventory, storage, and stock movement

• Train, guide, and develop team members to maintain efficient operations

• Uphold high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse

• Operate forklifts safely and report any technical or safety concerns

• Ensure dispatch and delivery schedules are met and goods reach clients on time

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to coordinate logistics activities

• Implement process improvements aligned with operational research findings

👉 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management role

• Strong knowledge of transportation, distribution, and logistics practices

• Experience in retail or supply chain management is considered an asset

• Proficient computer skills, including inventory and data management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Fluency in English, with Maltese and/or Italian considered advantageous
